For many years of activity in the field of Intellectual property, she has managed to gain a wide range of experience within this industry, from the processes of clearance of rights to various assets, to the extent of procedures of their enforcement and protection. Skills include, both overcoming any and all possible kinds of obstacles that arise in the process of registration/subject patenting, processing execution of licensing and assignment of rights, and challenging decisions of competent authorities, as well as negotiating in the interests of the clients and using the existing alternative dispute resolutions, along with support of litigation matters related to unfair competition, infringement of exclusive right, certificate / patent cancellation / invalidation and others, in Uzbekistan and other CIS countries.

Before establishing this agency, Kamila practiced within a number of consulting and legal firms, in particular Moscow and Tashkent, including majoring in Intellectual property, in course of which extensive experience was inherited in co-operation with the leading international consulting companies of the field and rendering services of international fame labels.
